'Dancing with the Stars' to celebrate 200th episode with dance alums

"Dancing with the Stars" will welcome back past contestants Kelly Osbourne, Mel B, Drew Lachey and Emmit Smith for next week's 200th episode in Los Angeles. celebrates with a reunion of past celebrity dancers, what surprises are in store for tonight, and what will the stars be performing? Keep reading for all the details!
ABC’s Dancing With The Stars will mark its 200th episode tonight and with that we will see some different performances tonight. Details on exactly what each pair will be performing are being held tightly under wraps, but we do know that each couple will be recreating an iconic performance from a past season, all while they have a celebrity judge (as well as the regular judges) watching and judging their performance. Helio Castroneves, Kelly Osbourne, Mel B, Drew Lachey, Gilles Marini and Emmitt Smith revisit the ballroom to act as a special ‘fourth judge’ as they watch as one of their routines is recreated. We will also see team performances tonight as fan favorites and former Mirror Ball champions Apolo Anton Ono and Kristi Yamaguchi return as team captains to duel it out. In recent TV Guide interview, Kristi Yamaguchi dished that she chose Mark and Bristol, Cheryl and Rick as well as Kyle and Lacey for her team. So that means Apolo will have Brandy and Maks, Kurt and Anna, and also Jennifer and Derek. Kristi also revealed that her team will be dancing the cha cha cha and she didn’t give any more details, but Rick Fox slipped a spoiler out there saying “we’ll be performing the cha cha cha to her freestyle, the Michael Jackson performance.” What exactly does that mean? I guess we’ll just have to tune in tonight to find out!
Be sure to tune in tonight to Dancing With The Stars on ABC at 8 pm EST as the remaining six celebrities and professionals take the stage once again! Want more? The Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup results have mostly favored one contestant. Yet the Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup has had new leaders now, after the results of the last two weeks. When Season 11 started,Jennifer Grey looked like the clear frontrunner, with everyone else just aiming for second. Grey still has the only perfect scores of Season 11, and has the best body of work through six weeks. Yet the last two weeks have made her look very vulnerable, as she nearly faced elimination this Tuesday. Therefore, the Dancing With the Stars lineup could lose Grey, if her results don't get better soon.

For three of the first four weeks of Season 11, Grey was in control. She led the judges scores, got two perfect 10's in Week 4, and was all but given the mirror ball. Since there has been little suspense in the last few seasons, it appeared that it would be the same old story this fall.

Instead, the last Dancing With the Stars 2010 lineup results have thrown the entire competition in question. Grey took a few lumps in Week 5, as she slipped into the bottom three and didn't lead the judges' scores. However, the last time she didn't get the high scores, she rebounded with perfect 10's in her next routine.

Yet it didn't get any easier for Grey this Monday, as she got her worst scores of Season 11. What's more, she was in the bottom two with fellow frontrunner Audrina Patridge, after the two were expected to be in the final two weeks ago. Patridge was sent out, however, eliminating one major challenger for Grey, at the least

Bristol Palin on 'Dancing with the Stars' pokes fun at mother, Sarah Palin

Despite her bedazzled booty shorts, the "Umbrella"-laced routine was about as gloomy as the rainy day accessory being sung about. Bristol brings no fire to her performances, there is no intensity in her eyes and finally the judges put her on blast for it by sticking her with the night's second lowest set of scores.
Coming in last was once again The Situation (who Bristol has been battling with all season for worst dancer honors) -- his Argentine Tango was sloppier than any boozy behavior captured by the "Jersey Shore" cameras. I love that by this point, Karina Smirnoff knows she can't rely on him so all her routines involve dancing around him.

The "Dancing with the Stars" stage has become a 360-degree shakespearean pit and you know what that means, guys! It's acoustic week! Apparently that means no one can land their moves anymore and ABC is all up in arms because they are now scoring for technique AND performance - a double score showdown! Ooooh! Please.
Oh, finally, The Situation has his abs out. He's fist pumping -- he's such a cheese. Guess he thought he'd resort to the old charm to maintain his precarious standing. Apparently Bristol is getting all sexy this week too, which looks like it involves some stripping as she's wearing a bulky white button down shirt with sparkly black thingy beneath.Kurt Warner is dancing the rumba to celebrate his 13th wedding anniversary. He and Anna are trying to infuse the dance with sexiness but he won't put his hands on her hips because he's a "Christian guy." Dude, she's not asking you to make out with her in the closet. Plus, without make-up, Anna looks rough, so it's not like he can't help himself.

The duo's significant others show up to make sure they don't trip and start making babies together. Kurt's wife looks a bit displeased, then reveals it's because it reminds her of when they first dated and Kurt kept looking for someone better. Ouch!

During the dance, Kurt still looks stiff but he's got some good hip action going on. Len thought his posture was over the top but that the romantic side was well done. Bruno had trouble with his movement and the lack of chemistry. But Carrie Ann loved it. "Chemistry isn't all about raunch, Bruno," she said.

Technical: All 5's
Performance: Carrie 7, Len 6, Bruno 6

Brandy doesn't feel sexy because she hasn't been with someone in six years. Say what? Maks takes her to a bar to be romantic -- flowers, wine, chocolates included -- but nit picker that she is, Brandy says he needs to be more convincing. Um, six years is looking pretty good for her right now.

Already in the opening this dance feels wrong. Brandy is lying on the floor like a dead fish and Maksim is circling around her like a hungry shark. But that dinner seems to have done the trick (did these two have a night cap?) - Brandy is super into it, though it's a little distracting to see her wear a very flappy silk sheathe with nothing but a pair of sparkly briefs and bra underneath.

Suddenly Brandy rips off Maks' shirt and throws herself on the ground before my recording dies a horrible death, but it looks like she resumes her dead fish pose. Carrie said she'd been waiting for the real Brandy and called it her comeback night. Len thought it was a little hot and spicy for his teaste.

Bristol Palin takes Dancing` partner home to Alaska

Although Bristol Palin describes herself as just an ordinary girl, Palin has become a celebrity underdog now that she’s on Dancing with the Stars. With Bristol Palin gaining support from fans of DWTS, former contestant Kelly Osbourne recently revealed that she's rooting for Bristol to win Dancing with the Stars.
Sarah Palin's oldest daughter -- and red hot cha cha dancer -- arrived at Rumrunners in Anchorage with her "Dancing with the Stars" pro partner Mark Ballas and an ABC camera crew in tow, and was greeted by "a pretty big gaggle of friends," according to an eyewitness.
Bristol Palin has shown her Dancing With The Stars partner Mark Ballas some of the sites of Alaska as they filmed a segment for the reality series in her home state.
Back in her home state to film a segment for the hit dance competition, the 19-year-old wore jeans and a zip-up sweatshirt and "seemed excited," according to an onlooker. "She hugged everyone when they came in and introduced Mark to everyone. She looked really good, actually, and happy."

A sign marked "Palin family" sparked curiosity, but neither Sarah nor Todd Palin attended the event.
According to an onlooker 19-year-old Palin, 'hugged everyone when they came in and introduced Mark to everyone. She looked really good, actually, and happy.'

While Ballas was in the state, he met the state's former Governor and Bristol's Mum Sarah Palin, People reports.
'Me and Mama Palin,' he Tweeted, posting a photo of himself and the former Vice-Presidential nominee. 'Alaska is awesome.'
And while Ballas and Palin took a turn on the dance floor, Ballas pleased his partner when he took the stage to belt out a few tunes. Says the observer: "Bristol cheered the loudest after he finished each song."
While in Alaska, the two-time Dancing champ also had a chance to take in the sights and meet one of the state's most famous residents, Bristol's mom Sarah.
Kelly Osbourne admitted that she empathizes with Bristol Palin, especially since Palin doesn't have family support in the audience. "I have a real soft spot for Bristol Palin. I really do," said the daughter of Ozzy Osbourne. "I think she's going out there and trying. And to not have a family member in the audience is the hardest thing in the world. Half of that show is family support, and to go out there that first week and not have anyone there, and having everybody looking at you the most – I give her so much credit."
In a recent interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, former Dancing with the Stars competitor Kelly Osbourne revealed that she’s rooting for Bristol Palin, who is in the same underdog position that Kelly was in during season nine of DWTS.
